Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RapidForm ("the Service"), operated by RapidForm ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidForm is a form builder platform that allows users to create, embed, and manage web forms. The Service includes form creation tools, submission collection, analytics, notifications, team collaboration, and integrations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free: 3 forms, 100 submissions per month, 1 team member, RapidForm branding on forms.
• Pro ($12/month or $120/year): Unlimited forms, 5,000 submissions per month, 3 team members, file uploads, conditional logic, webhooks, branding removal.
• Business ($29/month or $288/year): Unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, unlimited team members, custom domains, custom CSS, priority support.

Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current price until renewal.

5. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Submission Limits

Each plan includes a monthly submission limit. Submissions are always accepted and stored regardless of your limit — we never drop your leads. However, access to view, export, or receive full notification details for submissions beyond your limit requires upgrading your plan. Submission counts are tracked per billing cycle and are independent of submission deletion.

7. Form Content and User Data

You retain ownership of all content you create and all data collected through your forms. You are responsible for ensuring your forms comply with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. You must not use forms to collect data illegally, engage in phishing, or distribute malware.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Create forms that collect sensitive data (health, financial, government IDs) without appropriate legal basis and security measures.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limiting, or spam protection.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell the Service without prior written consent.
• Upload malicious files or code through file upload fields.

9. Embed and Custom Domains

Forms may be embedded on third-party websites via script tags, iframes, or direct links. Free plan forms display "Powered by RapidForm" branding; paid plans may remove this. Custom domain functionality (Business plan) requires proper DNS configuration and is subject to SSL provisioning through our infrastructure partner.

10. Team and Workspace Access

Workspace owners can invite team members with Editor or Viewer roles. Team member limits are enforced per plan across all workspaces. The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of their team members.

11. API and Webhooks

Webhook integrations are available on paid plans. We deliver webhook payloads on a best-effort basis and are not liable for delivery failures due to your endpoint being unavailable.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by RapidForm. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. The RapidForm name and logo are trademarks of RapidForm.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
