Plans and Billing
RapidForm offers three plans to fit different needs. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Yearly Billing
Choose yearly billing to save 2 months compared to monthly billing:
- Pro yearly: $120/year ($10/month) — save $24/year
- Business yearly: $288/year ($24/month) — save $60/year
Submission Quotas
Each plan has a monthly submission quota tracked per billing cycle:
- Free: 100 submissions/month
- Pro: 5,000 submissions/month
- Business: Unlimited
How Quotas Work
- Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle (based on your subscription start date, not calendar month).
- Free plan quotas reset on the first of each calendar month.
- Submissions are never dropped. Even when you exceed your quota, all submissions are stored and recorded.
What Happens When You're Over Quota
When you exceed your submission quota:
- New submissions continue to be received and stored.
- You cannot view submission details (expanding rows is disabled).
- CSV export is disabled.
- Email notifications switch to an upgrade reminder instead of sending full submission data.
- An upgrade prompt is displayed on the submissions page.
Upgrade your plan or wait for the quota to reset to regain full access.
Form Limits
- Free: 3 forms total across all workspaces.
- Pro and Business: Unlimited forms.
Team Member Limits
Team member limits count across all workspaces you own, including pending invitations:
- Free: 1 team member
- Pro: 3 team members
- Business: Unlimited
Feature Locks
Certain features are only available on paid plans:
- File uploads — Pro and Business
- Conditional logic — Pro and Business
- Webhooks — Pro and Business
- Multiple notification emails — Pro and Business
- Branding removal — Pro and Business (free plan forms show "Powered by RapidForm")
- Custom CSS — Business only
- Custom domains — Business only
Subscribing and Upgrading
- Go to Upgrade in the sidebar.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Click the upgrade button for your desired plan.
- Complete payment through Stripe's secure checkout.
- Your plan is activated immediately.
Changing Plans
You can switch between Pro and Business at any time:
- Go to Upgrade.
- Click the button for the plan you want to switch to.
- The change takes effect immediately with prorated billing.
When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, you receive credit toward future billing.
Managing Your Subscription
If you're on a paid plan, click Manage Billing on the upgrade page to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
- Update billing information
